| Managing multiple reforms...
Poor performance sparks new mandates, followed by new programs, training, and added responsibilities for teachers and administrators. Evaluation and measurement can assist schools in judging the effectiveness of new programs, but most evaluations are completed in isolation. PDG can assist schools and school districts in examining multiple reforms -- not only by conducting a thorough program evaluation, but through a comprehensive assessment of how various programs interact to impact student performance.
By involving the Performance Design Group, you will gain perspectives on level of implementation, level of teacher readiness and buy-in, resource adequacy, and administrative support -- in addition to perspectives on impacting student performance.
Contact PDG to discuss how a systemic consulting approach may assist you teachers and administrators in managing multiple reforms.
