The Performance Design Group offers consulting and professional development services to clients in business, education, government, healthcare, human services and non-profit organizations.  We are in business to assist individuals, teams and organizations to achieve their highest levels of performance. Through assessment, design, and facilitated learning experiences, we help our clients develop fundamental, lasting solutions to real organizational challenges.

PDG consultants are currently engaged in several large scale organizational change efforts, including

Support for these projects includes strategic planning, training, instructional design, grants development, and program evaluation. 

NEWS

Dr. George Reid, Adjunct Associate Professor at Webster University will be teaching Organizational Behavior this fall at the Shanghai University of Finance and Economics in a combined program with Webster University China. MBA students will study organizational behavior in the context of globalization and managing across diverse international cultures.   

Services to Support High School Reform/Smaller Learning Communities

PDG has partnered with the Southeast Coalition of Essential Schools to offer the following services:

*  Leadership training for teachers and administrators
*  Coaching and team building for SLC teams
*  Implementation support for instructional delivery systems: Interdisciplinary units, RtI, infusion of rigor, engagement, and career immersion strategies, and related innovations

The Performance Design Group offers consulting and customized professional development, along with seminars in Performance Consulting.  The Performance Consulting seminar series is customized to assist internal and external consultants in developing a performance/results orientation. We offer "coaching" for internal technical specialists to increase the impact of their consulting interventions.
